DENSO Europe B.V. was established in 1973 with five associates. It has now nearly 300 associates working to support the European DENSO companies in the field of OE sales, after market sales, logistics, IT, finance and administration as well as being the strategic planning centre for DENSO in Europe. Furthermore the European head office offers a service network to our customers.

The European headquarters of DENSO is situated in The Netherlands, in Weesp close to the city of Amsterdam.

DENSO makes the benefits of OE quality available to the aftermarket. From a complete and fast moving range of automotive applications to the high performance Iridium Power and Racing series DENSO offers a wide range of high quality spark plugs for almost any application. Guaranteeing optimum engine performance, we produce spark plugs for automotive, motorcycle, marine and small engines.

Since 1959 has set the standard for spark plug technology. DENSO factories are QS 9000 and ISO 9000 certified worldwide. This is one more reason why zero defects for parts produced by DENSO are realities.

DENSO spark plugs are fitted as original equipment by among others Cadillac, Chevrolet, Daihatsu, Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Kawasaki, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Rotax, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Voxan and Yamaha.

Glow Plugs

DENSO has pioneered many developments in diesel technology and has been an OE manufacturer of Glow Plugs for many years. In fact, in 1991 DENSO was the first company to produce Ceramic Glow Plugs, and today DENSO Glow Plugs are fitted as original equipment by many of the world's top vehicle manufacturers. Now DENSO is making the benefits of this OE quality and expertise available to the aftermarket.

From single coil, double coil, extended post-heating, and ceramic plugs DENSO has a portfolio of technologies available for a fast moving range of applications with 96% of European and Japanese vehicle parc coverage.

Since 1963 DENSO has set the standard for glow plug technology. DENSO glow plugs are produced in facilities that are certified to ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. This is one more reason why DENSO is able to achieve a zero defect rate in all its aftermarket programmes.

WIPER BLADES

DENSO wiper systems are found on many of today’s cars. Japanese, U.S. and European manufacturers use DENSO wiper systems as original equipment to maintain a clear field of vision. Advanced rubber quality and processing makes the rubber compound DENSO uses better resistant to the sun rays and deterioration. Because of our meticulous manufacturing and testing process, each wiper meets our high standards for fit and performance.

The new DENSO’s wiper blade range comes with a smart clip. This allows for an easy fit on almost all cars. DENSOs wear-resistant quality wiper blades are available for virtually all motorists. Customers all over the world recognise the high quality of DENSO’s wiper blades. These give them a very clean wipe and make them safe. The U.S. magazine Customer Report tested the DENSO wiper blades and found them ‘excellent’ and wrote also that ‘they clean better overall than any others we tested’.

Wiper blades wipe more away than just water droplets. They also have to make sure that insects, snowflakes, mud, sand and dust are all removed from the windshield. That’s why wiper blade systems are more complicated than they would seem from their simple appearance. DENSO understands that. We use our world-class know-how to produce the aftermarket wiper blade line-up.
