We take you back to the year 1933, when SIDEM was established as a manufacturer of suspension parts for passenger.

In 1983, when celebrating the company’s Fiftieth Anniversary, The Verfaillie Family, the new and current owners, expressed their desire to develop a product line that could serve the entire Automotive Industry.

Their vision allowed further growth and with the start of a Production Plant in Eastern Europe in 1993 and an additional Plant in 2003, SIDEM today stands for a full range of quality Steering & Suspension components for Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles.

Thanks to market- and client-led product development and a wide product range, SIDEM continues to expand its Worldwide Aftermarket customer base.

Quality has always been a number one priority with SIDEM. Upgraded efforts here in over the past years have resulted in an initial OEM contract for the supply of SIDEM Components to the largest car manufacturer in the world.

In future, SIDEM will continue to work together with its partners in a joint effort to supply customer needs, and this with the latest in Research, Development and Production Technology.

For passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, Sidem offers a complete range of steering and suspension parts for European, Japanese and Korean applications:

From Alfa to Zastava, from a simple tie rod end and ball joint to a more complicated track control arm, from an axial joint to a stabilizer rod, added with a full range of rubber metal bushings.

For trucks, we are mainly specialised in parts for Daf, Volvo and Scania but the range is also completed with parts for RVI, Man, Mercedes and Iveco. Sidem offers a complete range of tie rod ends, steering and track rods, king pin sets, spring pins and bushes and silentblocs and wheelbolts and nuts.

Next to our standard range, we also develop and design products following customer specifications for various applications such as agriculture and industry.
