Starter Drive Gears, Brush Holders & Armaturs
These are the key components for starters. With all these premium quality of new components, our starters are just as good as OE's.
The armatures for starters are dynamically balanced-No vibration at high speed. High quality copper wire we use on armatures can stand high temperature and produce high torque required. A popular brand of ball bearings equipped with our armatures, which will provide high output and least noise.
The starter drive gears are manufactured by CNC machine to precisely meet the specifications and are heat treated in a computerized oven to attain the proper hardness that high torque starters require.
Our brush holders equipped with Japan Fuji carbon help create a proper power a high quality starter requires.
Stators & Rotors
Stators, winded by sophisticated winding machine, will provide high ampere of output current and high quality finished parts.
Rotors for alternators are dynamically balanced-no vibration at high speed.
High temperature isolating copper wire are used for stators and rotors.

We have been in the manufacturing business of voltage regulators for over 20 years and carry a comprehensive coverage for worldwide applications. We use computerized test equipment in the manufacturing process and in the final check station to make sure the quality.
